In the quiet, undiscovered North Cotswold conservation village of Ilmington, where large country houses mingle with its mellow stone cottages, surrounded by English cottage gardens. A frequent finalist in the local best kept village competition, with two pretty churches, quaint shop and post office, village school and award winning country pub. A thriving village, not on the tourist trail and a much sort after place to live.  Set in a valley at the foot of the Campden Hills, Near to Chipping Campden, Moreton in the Marsh, Stow on the Wold, Broadway, and other Cotswold villages, 7 miles south of Stratford Upon Avon, within easy reach of Warwick Castle. 

For couples who wish to escape to peace and tranquillity.  We offer two cosy, luxury, self catering studio apartments with four poster beds and double whirlpool baths. Furnished in cottage style, with country pine, lamps and flowers giving that feel of old world charm but with all our modern day facilities. The ultimate in romantic seclusion.

ORCHARD APARTMENT First floor accommodation in separate building adjacent to our large Cotswold stone cottage overlooking English cottage gardens and village orchard. Pine staircase takes you to open plan accommodation. The bedroom area has King Size hand carved pine four poster bed, TV and video, hairdryer, radio alarm.  En suite bathroom with double Jacuzzi bath, with shower over.    Prices are below each apartment description.

Lounge/dining area with a comfy sofa where you may  sit in front of the living flame log burning style fire on a cool winter evening and listen to the CD player, watch TV or a video from our video library.  On a summers day open your French doors and enjoy  the smell of the Honeysuckle wafting in on the breeze from the garden below.

Weekend break, arrive Friday, leave Monday morning or have a lazy Sunday

PEONY APARTMENT

Adjoining our large country cottage, separated from the main house, with its own entrance from the patio garden where stairs take you to first floor accommodation. A large room with all the luxury of a top quality hotel honeymoon suite with the more relaxed atmosphere and the flexibility of the self catering facilities.  

The perfect place to unwind, sample excellent food at local Inn, Cotswold country villages, or just chill out and relax.           

King size hand carved four poster bed, en suite bathroom with double whirlpool bath and shower over. Sunny room in a quiet picturesque location.

Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, cooker and microwave. First floor views from the French doors of quiet country lane and fields beyond.  Breakfast provisions are provided for those lazy undisturbed mornings.

Room has comfy sofa, TV video (free video library), radio, CD player, central heating and variflame electric log burning style fire for those cosy winter evenings.

Private sunny patio garden from where the apartment entrance takes you to the first floor accommodation.

• Breakfast hamper is included, with fresh bread, free range eggs and milk, cereals, 
  preservatives, orange juice,  fruit and selection of teas and coffee.

• Plenty of off road parking on our private car park.

• A laundry service is available.

Both apartments enjoy the views and the benefits of our cottage gardens which surround our large Cotswold Stone country cottage where B&B is also available to guests.  
All our accommodation is Visit Britain 4 star with a gold award.

Folly Farm Cottage has it's own private onsite car park.

 For that special occasion we are happy to arrange flowers, chocolates, etc. We can also provide a presentation letter to be given as a gift, giving details of apartment booked etc. (dates can be arranged with your chosen visitors) perfect for that special present.
