Please print this booking form and send it with your deposit to:- Bruce McFarlane Folly Farm Cottage, Back Street, Ilmington, Shipston on Stour, CV36 4LJ. Cheques payable to Folly Farm Cottage. We do not accept pets. The use of candles is not permitted in the suites.

Reservations. All reservations are contractually binding whether made by telephone, in writing or by other means. No provisional reservations are accepted.

Deposit. We request a deposit of £50.00 per apartment to be received within 8 days. The balance of your account must be settled one month in advance of your arrival date. A confirmation of your booking will be sent by post or e mail.

Cancellation Regrettably we cannot refund the booking fee and guests will be liable for the full cost of the booking unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. We will be glad to send details regarding inexpensive holiday insurance (UK only) or go to www.guestfirst.co.uk

Arrival & Departure time. Apartments will be available from 4.00 p.m. unless arranged by prior agreement, guests will be given a key and can come and go as they please. Please vacate your room by 10.30 on the day of your departure.
