Please print this booking form and send it with your deposit to:-
Bruce McFarlane, Folly Farm Cottage, Back Street, Ilmington, CV36 4LJ. Cheques
payable to Folly Farm Cottage. We do not accept pets. The use of candles
in our rooms is not permitted.
Reservations. All reservations are contractually binding whether
made by telephone, in writing or by other means. No provisional reservations
are accepted.
Deposit. We request a booking fee of £40.00 per room to be
received within 8 days.
A confirmation of your booking will be sent by email or post.
Cancellation. Regrettably we cannot refund the booking fee and guests will
be liable for the full cost of the booking unless we are able to relet the
accommodation. We will gladly send details regarding inexpensive holiday
insurance (UK only) or see www.guestfirst.co.uk
Arrival time. Rooms will be available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of
arrival unless arranged by prior agreement, guests will be given a key and may
come and go as they please.We ask that you vacate your room by 10.30am on the day of your departure.
